Support all Customer Service programs and systems to ensure that problems are identified document and communicated to the affected groups to help achieve customer satisfaction and business goals.
Interface with Engineering, Operations, and QA regarding daily operations and all CS system statuses and outages. - Interact and evaluate with end users of all CS tools and systems to ensure proper process and efficiencies are maintained. Communicate daily any system issues, product issues or impacts to the entire Customer Service Organization. - Participate in the TR process for all CS impacting issues - Execute test and use cases. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as technical writing skills. Proficient with external MS tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as internal Network Solutions Customer Service tools/systems (CSRTools, Big Mac, Hosting Products, Website Manager, Siebel, etc.) Professional demeanor with a demonstrative can do whatever it takes attitude, and strong work ethic. The ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced service environment.Job Experience
Requires a bachelor?s degree, and/or at least 5 years of related experience.
