Hands on Technical Architect - C++/JAVA - Derivatives Technology

Derivatives, C++, JAVA, Object Oriented Design, UNIX, Sales & Operations Hands on technical architect is being recruited by the Sales and Operations business of a Top 3 Investment Bank. You will work on developing technical tools to enable the sales and operations teams to complete their work more efficiently. The majority of the development work will relate to derivative related technology tools so any experience in developing derivatives related technology, is essential! You must have strong C++ or JAVA development skills (7-10 yrs experience) and must have experience of being involved in the design and architecture phase of projects as well as hands on development. You will also be involved in working with business users to gather their requirements and documenting them into functional & technical specifications. The development work will be server side development using JAVA and C++.
