PULSE SYSTEMS, INC., A rapidly growing leader in the development and marketing of Windows-based Medical Office Management Software and Electronic Medical Records, is currently seeking a qualified individual for the following position: Healthcare Trainer/Project Manager

 

Job Purpose

 Training and implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) applications to office staff. Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, assigning, scheduling, conducting end-user training; mapping terminology and procedures to client's operating environment. Manage multiple projects at once Supports operations by resolving technology, systems, and information issues

Contributes information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews

Prepares and completes action plans

Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging information technology and project management practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications;

Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Protects organization's value by enforcing security systems; keeping analytical information confidential.

Maintains company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.


 

Skills/Qualifications:
Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management Analytical and communication skills Bachelor?s degree or equivalent preferred 2+ years of medical practice management software utilization or training Clinical Experience Required Understanding of medical office workflow Strong knowledge of Windows-based software and operating systems Travel required.
