Help Desk Associate

We currently have an opening for a Help Desk Associate. This position is responsible for providing hardware and software support for store locations, corporate users and field management.



Major Position Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot store problems, including software, hardware and communication issues

Track and report all calls received

Configure hardware and software for new locations

Create and maintain user accounts for a variety of applications

- Strong organizational skills along with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment

- 1-2 years of prior Help Desk experience

- 2-3 years of prior customer service experience

- IT or Computer Science education and/or technical certifications

- Ability to work a flexible work schedule

- Experience with call logging software preferred
