Cutting-edge, rapidly growing software company has created a next generation application that has enjoyed tremendous success in the Veterinary Industry.  We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, bright, and enthusiastic Help Desk Support & Network Technician with excellent communication skills to join our growing technical support team.  The right combination of technical skills, communication skills, positive attitude, hard work, and creativity will put you on the fast track with our rapidly growing company.

 

As a Help Desk Support & Network Technician, you will have the opportunity to utilize your extensive skills and knowledge to include the full scope of help desk, technical, and network support while you build and maintain close relationships with our clients.  Your ability to provide extensive technical support for our customers, network support for our veterinary clinic, and your ability to work on many projects at once with overlapping deadlines will challenge your technical skills, project management talents, and organizational skills on a daily basis.  Working hand-in-hand with the Manager of Development to resolve technical and network issues will utilize your strong problem solving skills, and exceptional communication skills.

 

You will have experience with:

?  Windows 2000 & Windows XP

?  Windows 2000 Web Server

?  HP & Xerox Printers

?  Website Development & Maintenance

?  Basic Networking Knowledge 

?  Customer (Help Desk) Support

?  Technical Support

 

If you have a minimum of 3 years help desk experience utilizing your network support knowledge and you are ready to work in a highly creative, fast paced, deadline driven environment -- long hours, alternating weekends, and a minimum of 45 to 50 hours/week -- we have the opportunity for you!
