EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

? Prior ?lead? or ?supervisor? experience
? Superior customer service skills and attitude
? Previous experience within an IT help desk organization (1 to 2 yrs)
? Excellent documentation skills - English
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English
? Ability to learn and work effectively in a fast paced environment
? Ability to blend and share information with Help Desk team members
? Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills
? Excellent problem solving skills
? Previous phone experience using ACD systems
? Positive work attitude
? Experience with Microsoft NT 4.0, Windows 2000 & Windows XP, MS Office XP/2003, MS Outlook/Exchange

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

MCSE or 2 year degree; Any I.T.I.L. or HDI certifications
