 Position Summary:

The Hosting Operations specialist will be responsible for importing and exporting data for all clients hosted on ZANTAZ? Introspect litigation support system.  In addition, this individual will be responsible for providing first tier technical support, technical services and performing daily database monitoring and maintenance tasks.  ZANTAZ offers an excellent introduction to Client Server/ASP managed application hosting with room for technical advancement. Responsibilities:Execution of data import, export, OCR and tiff creation in compliance with general Hosting Operations standard operating proceduresLog, classify, prioritize, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and requestsCompletion of technical services projects (database scripting, conversions, etc) as assignedExecution of regular internal operations tasks and reports as assignedCompletion of daily system tests and monitoring as documented in SOPPerformance of Tier 1 telephone and email support for Introspect Hosted clientsTechnical writing assignments, e.g. procedures, technical resolution memos, etc Skills and Experience Required:Experience in SQL / relational databases (6+ months); Oracle or SQL Server (preferred)Experience in programming (e.g. Visual Basic, Perl, SQL scripting), basic Windows 2000 administration, and Citrix / terminal servers a plusWorking knowledge of W2K server / networking environments and Microsoft OfficeExperience working with a litigation support software or services provider a plusSuperior problem solving skills and judgmentExperience and exposure to multi-tier Web and client/server architecture/applicationsAbility to communicate with clients in a professional mannerUnderstanding and ability to communicate using technical terminologyAbility to work independently and as a member of a close team in fast-paced deadline intensive environmentHave a strong desire to learn continually and grow professionallyBackground in relevant technical fields preferred Education:BA / BS required; CS degrees preferred
