I/T Business Systems Analyst IV

DESCRIPTION:


 


We are seeking a highly talented Business Systems Manager (BSM) who will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic alignment between I/T and our financial services teams.  The BSM will facilitate the delivery of I/T initiatives in support of the Dell Financial Services (DFS) business organization.  The ideal candidate must be able to understand consumer and/or commercial financial concepts in order to diagnose business strategies and link opportunities to the right subset of technology products and/or services. 



QUALIFICATIONS:


Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving skills, customer engagement, and negotiation skills are critical requirements.

Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of financial industry experience required.

Strong finance, organization, prioritization and planning skills.

Good presentation skills desirable.

Ability to work with a high degree of ambiguity and independently or with a team in order to meet critical deadlines.
