Responsibilities

?Manages all aspects of quality control for application development and networkingCreates and modifies policy and procedures regarding quality standards within the IT departmentInsures conformance to the quality control methodology from development to testing standardsCommunicates to the upper level management and development staff a weekly status of all the quality standars for the current projectDevelops training requirements and needs within the IT department and ensures the direct reports are meeting these requirements.Develop measurement tools to help evaluate, improve and sustain the quality and integrity of data

Qualifications

?Demonstrated knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and software development life cycle is requiredBroad based understanding of distributed environments, SOA, and Internet technologiesCertification in quality assurance is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5-7 years of business and technical management experienceBroad knowledge of Microsoft platform structure of application development
