IT Compliance Manager

As an IT Compliance Manager at Micron, you will manage and refine IT compliance programs in support of SOX, HIPAA, EU Data Protection Directive, export control regulations, and other regulatory requirements; lead efforts to improve effectiveness and efficiency of IT controls; lead cross-discipline teams to develop and maintain compliance programs; coordinate among IT control owners across the company; facilitate communication between IT management, IT control owners, business process owners, internal audit, Legal, and other interested parties; perform periodic reviews to ensure controls are operating effectively; identify problem areas and implement remediation plans and maintain control and compliance documentation



Qualified candidates require direct experience developing and / or managing one or more IT regulatory compliance programs and understand regulatory compliance requirements for IT, create professional papers and presentations, lead discussions and guide decision-making have excellent written and oral communication skills, Project Management skills and be able to document, formalize, and simplify complicated procedures as well as work closely and successfully people of varying technical and non-technical backgrounds.


 


Education:


Four year Degree or equivalent experience is required.
