IT Help Desk

Leading company is looking for a customer service oriented Help Desk Technician to join our team.  This position includes working with hardware, software and operation systems support for corporate offices, as well as phone support for remote users.  This position will also maintain user access and assist the IT team in special projects. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, as well as excellent customer service skills.

 

Responsibilities include: Provide technical support for remote users and corporate offices, including both software and hardwareAdd, maintain and remove people from domain, email and corporate softwareInstall and maintain corporate desktop computer and software upgradesAssist in infrastructure of any additional office space (data/phone/printers/copiers/fax)Assist in technical support and limited maintenance of copier/printer/faxes for corporate officesFollow up with client problems to make sure the solutions are working
