(Frontline) Desktop Support - Mandarin/English

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to remote and local users including software installation and end-user software support. Support all user desktop and laptop hardware.

Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum two years experience in the technical support or helpdesk related field.
Minimum two years work experience in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows NT/Windows 2000/XP).
Strong working knowledge of MS Office 2000 or MS Office XP Professional products.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and networking infrastructure.
Must have excellent language skills (Mandarin/English).
Problem resolution and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrated ability to effectively relate to all levels of personnel.
A+ Certification is helpful.

Required Skills and Experience
High level of fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin. Able to speak, read and write effectively in a business environment.
Basic IT support experience with MS Operating Systems.
Any previous experience providing computer support in person or remotely.
