IT Specialist (Siebel Developer)

Job Responsibilities: Siebel CRM supports over 1,000 users throughout North America via the Pepsi Direct (call center), SalesPad (remote sales), Respond and Recover (field service), Marketing and Analytics applications.  These leading edge applications are designed to provide World Class sales and service to our customers at any point in the customer lifecycle from on-boarding, new equipment placement, order fulfillment and replenishment, identifying promotional opportunities, timely inquiry resolution, as well as scheduling follow up calls and visits.  Siebel CRM allows PBG to provide “one face” to the customer, allowing PBG to grow its customer base, increase customer satisfaction and maximize the customer’s life time value / overall profitability to PBG.

 

Accountabilities:

? Work directly with related Business and IT teams to define technical solutions that drive business processes in support of PBG Sales and Marketing initiatives.

? Utilize previous experience and knowledge of Siebel architecture to provide a long term perspective when making technical decisions.

? Resolve complex problems while demonstrating analytical thinking and deep expertise in the Siebel Tool Set

? Assist Manager in meeting aggressive deadlines while enforcing standards and quality controls in designing, coding, and testing.

? Deliver results that focus on customer service, maintainability, and that balance short term and long term perspectives.



Basic Job Qualifications

? Minimum of 4 years of Seibel development experience

? Prior experience with Siebel 7

 

Preferred Job Qualifications

? Siebel 7 Certification

? Experience with Siebel 7.5 or higher, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and Mercury Test Director

? Bachelor’s degree
