In-Car Computing Software Designer / Tester
Get your hands on the hottest, new automotive computing offerings on this amazing, long-term contract!
OVERVIEW:
For this position, with one of the world's largest, most successful software companies, you will be assisting with quality assurance activities in support of our cutting-edge mobile computing platform. This platform, designed specifically for the automotive industry, has already been deployed in Europe and will soon be released to domestic manufacturing partners. You will be performing both manual and automated testing of platform components, including creating / modifying automation code, as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
4+ years experience in software testing
Solid skills with C/C++ (C# a plus)
In-depth knowledge of software quality assurance practices
Experience with board support packages (BSPs), kernel level testing, driver testing, controller area network (CAN) testing, or OEM abstraction layer (OAL) testing
Familiarity with Windows CE a plus
