InSource Direct Representative - RIA 1139

Summary:

Tax Professional to provide first line customer service for large/complex installations of RIA's client server and Remote Server software. Responsible for resolution of all reported problems related to the installation, implementation and application for a group of assigned customers.



 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Provide telephone support
Answer and/or obtain from the appropriate resource answers to questions/problems relating to:Installation/network operationsTax Accounting SystemDatabase ApplicationTax Application


 

Provide proactive serviceReview pending product release to determine if updates/changes are immediately applicable to client's current processing.Review all released patches/updates/fixes and provide to client in coordination with Local CSM.Propose product changes/enhancements per client requests.Provide feedback to management relating to client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

 

Education/Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; CPA a plus. Minimum 4 to 8 years corporate tax or accounting experience or equivalent required.

 

Specialized Knowledge & SkillsTechnical knowledge of personal computer hardware and software required. Computer network knowledge/experience a plus. Familiarity with database applications/concepts: SQL script; ODBC; report writers required. Ability to solve complex problems in a fast paced environment required. Must be a team player.
