Inside Software Sales and Marketing Representative Be an active member of the inside sales team, including inbound inquiries, email, and tradeshows Help the customers understand features and capabilities of the Company's home design software productsQualify customer inquiries and manage the contact in the customer database (CRM) according to the Company sales process Participates in special projects as needed, i.e. such as tradeshows, seminars and marketing projects Analyzes competitive sales methods and products Works with the outside sales force to best manage and grow the customer base Knowledge of home design, residential building, or interior design is desired for this positionBachelor's degree required Non-commissioned, with all benefits 2+ years of experience required
