Integration Developer

LogicTools is looking for an integration developer to work out of its Chicago office.  This position will require a certain amount of travel (about 30%-40%). The following describes the job activities:  

 

1) Client Integration - the developer will be responsible for integrating new clients onto the LogicTools platform. This integration includes configuration of the platform, mapping and transcribing client data, verifying standard processes, and assuring end-to-end performance of the client solution. The developer will also support existing client solutions by providing systems expertise to the client relationship management process.

2) Product Development - the developer will collaborate with business development analysts to translate client experiences into product design improvements. This includes defining features and functions for both core enterprise platform and client-specific software products. The developer will participate in and/or lead design reviews, code development, unit testing, and implementation.

3) Process Optimization - The developer will participate in institutionalizing the client integration process. This includes defining the process, designing and developing process automation tools, utilizing tools and technology to improve client integration, and deploying tools to internal and external stakeholders.

4) Education, Mentoring, and Knowledge Transfer - The developer will be expected to effectively share key learning with stakeholders. This includes communicating project progress, acting as a subject matter expert on client solutions, and seeking information to solve technical and non-technical problems. The developer will also provide customer demonstrations and systems training as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in an Information Technology discipline.
-  Minimum 2 years of software development experience utilizing web-based software applications and tools, including the

Microsoft .NET framework, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, C#, VB.NET, Java, ASP.NET, XML, DHTML and JavaScript

- Experience in inventory optimization, supply chain planning or related software applications

- Experience with SAP integration high desirable

- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills are required, as significant client interaction is necessary
