Responsibilities:
? Coordinates and conducts status meetings at the operational and project level
? Provides continuous feedback on project status to internal and external customers
? Ensures project tracks to original expectations
? Identifies, reports, and addresses any resource and/or schedule conflicts
? Functions as an escalation point on the tactical level and reports status up to Director
? Works with multiple internal departments in moving a project from initial requirements through to completion
? Communicates the technical interworkings of a project and its benefits to others
? Maintains customer profile information, including goals, status, key players and historical log of activities to date
? Develops customer communications (such as opt-in newsletters) to engage customer personnel that may not be directly involved in current projects

Qualifications:
? A bachelor's degree in business, IT or other relevant field
? At least 1 year of experience in an IT related project management role
? Familiarity with hardware/software product rollouts
? Experience working for or with global IT Integrators like EDS, CSC, IBM Global Services, etc
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate ideas and project details to upper management
