Interactive Marketing Technical Manager

Responsible for the lead technical role in developing, deploying and maintaining effective communication materials with an emphasis on electronic and digital media which support the Acushnet Company mission and purpose. Lead the technical building, deployment and maintenance of all Acushnet branded websites.  Provide specifications to outside vendors and IT for development of databases/interactive applications/custom graphics. Participate in the definition of project scope, objectives, methods, procedures and other phases of online and redesign project planning and interactive information delivery systems and interpret business requirements when developing content/applications. Create and manage the implementation of technical policies and procedures for all Acushnet global websites. Create and manage tax software applications and API's and establish a standard for accessing the tax software across all brands. Documentation and software modules will encapsulate the tax quote and tax sale processes. Create and manage credit card software applications and API's, as well as establish a standard for accessing the credit card software across all brands. Documentation and software modules should be created that encapsulate the charge, credit and reporting functionality provided by the credit card software. Create and manage an Acushnet CRM toolset to strengthen the communication and information flow between Acushnet and its' trade customer and consumers. Create and manage content management solutions across all brands; create new modules, manage code base, create documentation and standards, develop standards for content creation, publishing and workflow of Acushnet websites. Work closely with IT to create standard web server configurations and procedures.
