Internet Product Support Analyst

OVERVIEW:

Your primary focus for this position will be on the analysis and definition of product development engagement practices for the support of our popular network of Internet properties.

 

Your responsibilities will include:
Developing a positive and productive relationship with various development teams to provide high quality feedback and reduce the cost of supporting customers
Setting reasonable targets for business improvement then managing them across lines of businesses to achieve results
Performing complex process flow and cost analysis in efforts to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs
Providing leadership to technology and business leaders to provide high quality and meaningful product information to product development teams
Cultivating and quantifying accurate and high quality business measures that properly influence behavior to improve the internet experience of our customers
Defining and reconciling issues among groups with disparate views and approaches, ensuring positive movement toward business problem resolution

 

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years related work experience
In-depth knowledge of object oriented programming concepts
Ability to read VB.NET, C#, or C++ (ability to program in either of these languages a plus)
Understanding of network (TCP/IP) configuration and IIS
Excellent communication skills
