Job Qualifications

This position requires familiarity with scripting on various computer platforms and ability to help operate our regression testing system. Familiar with Unix and NT operating Systems would be needed for this position. Familiar with automation tools such as shell scripts and Perl. Good verbal and written communication skills with English proficiency to proofread documentation. We are looking for students in Sophomore or Junior standing in Computer Science. Knowledge of MSC.PATRAN and MSC.NASTRAN HIGHLY desirable. Hours: Flexible 7 a.m.- 7 p.m. week days. Main requirement: Commitment to at least 20 hrs per week all year. Can go up to 40 hours per week if the intern desires.

Job Description

Helping with the Quality Assurance of MSC software products on a variety of computer systems. Helping with the development and execution of quality assurance tests, procedures, tools, benchmarks and documentation for new and enhanced products. Must also ensure that all products meet a high standard of quality per the Quality Assurance Department.
