ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing ongoing support and enhancements as well as performance tuning of eLearning applications. Development and maintenance of internal tools to support eLearning applications. Integration with IT systems and the documentation of eLearning libraries. Job will include systems design, analysis coding, documentation, testing, implementation, and support for eLearning applications.

QualificationsExperience with relational databases and SQL in an Oracle environment. Extensive experience in hands-on application development for web applications using Java/J2EE. Experience with EJB, JSP, Struts, HTML, XML/XSLT is required. Extensive knowledge of Internet application servers, preferably WebSphere. Experience writing and debugging install scripts, testing various deployment configurations, writing build routines, maintaining aspects of the source code control environment, porting key parts of the core production to various platforms. Experience developing, deploying and supporting large scale, highly available, Internet applications is required. Knowledge of K-12 eLearning industry and its specific competitive requirements relative to eLearning platforms, eTesting, and online content delivery desired
