Position Summary:

The candidate will be a member of the Enterprise architecture team which is responsible for defining Digital Insight's overall J2EE architectural strategy.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for design, development and implementation of J2EE framework components
2) Providing technical assistance and mentoring to engineering teams on mission critical J2EE projects.
3) Contribute to architectural recommendations in the areas of application integration, performance, reliability, manageability and security. Required ExperienceQualifications:
Along with your outstanding drive for accomplishment, the successful candidate will bring with them:
1) 3+ years on J2EE applications.
2) Full software lifecycle experience
3) Knowledgeable in J2EE design patterns and best practices
4) Knowledgeable of UML, Object Oriented Analysis and Design techniques.
5) In depth, hands on knowledge and experience in some of the following areas EJB, Servlet, JSP, JSF, JMS, XML, Web Services, JMX and XSLT, JBoss, database, LDAP and O/R mapping technology.
6) Prior ASP, security and/or Financial industry experience, high-volume transaction applications a plus
7) Experience with open source projects such as Maven, MyFaces, Hibernate, Tomcat and Cocoon are a plus.
8) BS in computer science or equivalent.
9) Demonstrate leadership ability with an emphasis on quality and a sense of urgency.
10) Highly motivated, experienced, resourceful and an efficient developer.
11) Able to work well in a team environment and possess good communication skills.
12) Learn quickly and develops creative solutions.
