J2EE Software Developer

Our client is looking for a J2EE Software Developer with demonstrated expertise and experience in large scale web application development using J2EE and EJB, Vignette. You will be responsible for analysis, design, programming, debugging, modifying and testing local, network or internet-related computer programs using the current programming languages and technologies adopted by our client. Creates requirements, design, configuration, installation and maintenance documentation. Interfaces with users to define systems requirements and or necessary modifications and upgrades. Maintains supported applications, including Intranet and Internet websites. All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States. Qualifications :
2+ years of progressive experience in software development. 4+ years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing web applications using J2EE. J2EE, Javascript, struts and Vignette experience highly desired. E-commerce and ASP experience a plus. Must be able to own, document, defend and communicate the application architecture and design. Expertise in data architecture and RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). BS/MS in Computer Science.
