JAVA PROGRAMMER

JAVA PROGRAMMER

Encore Capital Group has an opportunity for a Java Programmer within our IT Department. This position is responsible for programming in Java and XML; maintaining and developing extensions to our internally developed software that supports recovery and collection processes, building new web services used across the enterprise, being a strong key player and great coach for non-java developers. This person will work closely with SOA architect and development managers to execute against the vision and bring high-quality programming standards within the Software Engineering team.

Key competencies for the position include:Intellectual HorsepowerProblem SolvingTechnical LearningPriority SettingDecision Quality

Candidates should possess the following:

Bachelor?s degree

5 years Java programming experience
