Software Engineer for Java XML

This is an opportunity that would allow a Software Engineers to work as part of a team, receiving direction from a Deployment Manager with some interaction with clients to obtain requirements, change requests, or issue details may be necessary.  The responsibilities of this job would be creating assigned deliverables appropriate to skill set such as coding assignments, course materials, methodology artifacts, others, along with writing software customizations to the product using Java.  This position would require providing input into requirements, estimates, and timelines for client engagements while participating in internal projects such as recruiting activities.  Both formal training and desk side coaching with occasional travel to clients will be provided for selected candidates.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree (CS, MIS, Engineering, or other technical degree) 2-8 years experience with specific focus in software implementation, processes and/or project based experience (Management Consulting, Big 4, or Marketing background highly desirable). Experience in Java, JSP, and JavaScript, Web Application Server experience.Database and SQL experience. Self-starter and team player. Strong oral, written and presentation skills.
