JR. IT Technical Support: User Access Support

ENTRY/JUNIOR LEVEL IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
This position is a member of the Access Control team that utilizes various account management tools to manage access for various systems including, but not limited to: all critical applications in the environment, email, remote access, network access, and network data shares.
The position assists in the timely creation and delivery of access accounts to employees and management; modifies permission levels as required; suspends and removes access as required for terminations or leave of absences; performs periodic account audits as required; supports external and internal audit efforts by providing accurate user account information; creates and maintains accurate process documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of general access control and account management principles.
6 months to 1 year experience in corporate information technology or security.
General ability to understand technical requirements related to operating systems, networks and applications.
Good verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work well in a team environment as well independently.
AA or AS in related fields or equivalent Technical Certification.
