Job Description:
XL Dynamics is a California based corporation with locations in Cerritos and Mumbai. Since 1992, we have provided leading ERP solutions to the financial industry. Our solutions are currently deployed at major US financial institutions. We offer an environment with top engineering and business talent, robust sales growth, and a creative culture.
We are seeking top-notch, experienced software engineers to lead the architecture, design and development of our products. This position will require Java/C & C++ development experience, leadership and strong communication skills. We will provide extensive training on the financial-industry domain.
Qualifications:
2+ years in Java/C, C++ software development experience with emphasis on over all system design and architecture.
4-year degree in Computer Science or related field.
Project manager experience recommended.
Experience in the Mortgage Banking Industry a plus.
