Location: Minneapolis, MN

Duration: 6 months

Rate: COMPETITIVE

 

Description: Candidate will work on client reporting web application - Discovery. Person selected will work on medium size projects as well as support the existing web application. Candidates need to have full life-cycle development process experience including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation. Candidate must be able to provide technical guidance for Java/J2EE-based applications.

 

Behavior Characteristics:
Candidate must be a good communicator, as they will interact with a broad range of technical and business staff including: Project Managers, Developers, Architects, Quality Assurance, and Product Managers.

 

Skill Sets: J2EE, JSP Servlets, Webservices, Experience with Frameworks - Struts, Hibernate, Exposure to UML Methodology, Java/J2EE Dev life-cycle exp: analysis, design, dev, test, impl, document, Experience using Eclipse, Ability to deal with complex pl/sql program units.

5908 - Lead Developer - Mentor

Duration: 6 months

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Rate: COMPETITIVE

 

Description: This person must plan to become an employee in 6 months, they will be the development lead, helping establish process, lead, mentor and train a 25 person development team in Java and multiple other disciplines, as well as work on actual development of multiple projects.

 

Behavior Characteristics:
Very strong communications, process leader with outstanding technical ability, and people skills.

 

Skill Sets: Java, SQL, Oracle Database, Power Builder, Cold Fusion, and Knowledge of Java Frameworks.
