Jr. ATE Test Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an Jr.  Automatic Test Equipment software engineer with 1+ of experience developing software to test analog and digital integrated circuits at the wafer-probe and final package test stages on test platforms such as Teradyne, Agilent, or LTX.

 

Required Skills

Must be familiar with  ATE software on platforms such as Teradyne, Agilent, LTX, etc.

Must have understanding of how to test analog and digital devices on the bench

Nice to have an ability to specify the design of simple test fixture circuit boards

Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision

 

 

This particular position is for 1 engineer located in Dallas TX and is associated with testing analog and digital ICs on the customer?s platform.

Process

Formal SDLC process experience in not required
