Jr PC Technician

Job Function:

 

Responsible for Assembling the 1st article of new PC server designs and documenting how to assembly the product.  Will also be testing the operating system and software applications compatibility for the product.

Knowledge of telephony and Intel/Dialogic cards is a plus Linux experience is a plus Hands on experience with Hardware/Software installation and troubleshooting and integration Highly motivated, team player with strong communication skills MS certifications is a plus VoIP knowledge a plus Minor programming is required to automate task.

 

 

Essential Functions:

 Ability to document a process in a manner others can understand your instructions Ability to speak with vendor representatives over the phone to get their product working. Responsible for completing special projects a as requested Ability to put together computer components to validate all the components work together properly.
