FatPipe products enable companies to obtain low cost, highly redundant and fast internet/WAN access, allowing such corporations to implement Intranets, thin client, Virtual Private Networks (VPN's), and other web based applications.

Jr. Tech Support:
Test new products and updates using defined test procedures.
Aid with modifying and designing new test plans.
Manage the tracking and resolution of technical issues.
Participate in the documentation process for new and updated products.
Manage distribution of hardware products to the field
Provide networking support for the internal engineering departments
Troubleshoot product quality issues.

Requirements for this position are:

Hardware testing A + cert. required
Knowledge of multiple operating system platforms (Windows, Linux)
Knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
Strong problem analysis and solving experience skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Windows 2000 and XP knowledge required

Duties include:

Inventory control - Gold Mine Data base knowledge helpful
Shipping and Receiving - must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
Networking
Detailed oriented - Organized
Must have a super positive attitude
Multi-tasking
