We are searching for a System Administrator to join our Production Engineering (PE) team. We are looking for someone with a few years of on-the-job experience helping build and maintain production UNIX and Linux systems. This person must value documentation, process, but most of all, should have a strong desire to learn and to be part of a team that is focused on providing outstanding service to its customers.Responsibilities:

As part of the Production Engineering (PE) team, Candidate's main responsibilities will include helping to build, maintain, and troubleshoot development, staging, and production environments running Company's software. PE's primary goal is to keep environments functional so that they are available for use by customers, both internal and external. PE is also involved in helping Customer Support troubleshoot problems and working with Development on new products and features.Requirements:Knowledge of UNIX and Linux Experience deploying and troubleshooting x86 server class hardware Two or more years maintaining production environments in an enterprise environment Strong written and personal communication skills Must be willing and able to create and follow documented plans, procedures, and processes Capable and willing to work through tough problems until they are solved Experience with Apache, Tomcat, PostgreSQL, Postfix is a plus Understanding of SMTP is a plus Occasional Travel to and from datacenters required
