Knowledge Engineer
IBM's Software Group's Application & Integration Middleware (AIM) Services division is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic long-term supplemental to add to the team| Individuals in this role will work with the existing team of Knowledge Engineers to streamline the customer feedback we receive on our web content. This will include working with the content authors to ensure that comments received are addressed and content is updated accordingly. In addition, you will manage the overall access for our content management system, adding and removing users, and setting up new teams. You will also work with the Knowledge Engineers to facilitate the creation of new web pages and the ongoing maintenance of existing web pages. You will also be responsible for maintaining our department intranet site. Candidate must possess outstanding communications skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations and technical documents. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required. Experience with HTML, XML, and JavaScript is strongly preferred.
Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Durham, NC. Competitive candidates will have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. This position is a Long-Term Supplemental position that can last up to 3 years but will not exceed that amount of time.
