Candidates must possess strong abilities to: troubleshoot various application and server issues that are reported, test and resolve problems with Enterprise level customers. Candidates must possess: BS in Computer
Science (or equivalent degree), possess proven abilities to read and interpret C/C++ and Java code, must be able to analyze dumps and/or trace information, possess excellent teaming skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, have the abilities to write root cause analysis,
document results of debugging and testing, have abilities to push for the inclusion of major fixes and new features in our products, use Causal analysis, process evaluation and defect prevention. He/She will directly affect customer satisfaction for the Lotus Brand grouping of products. Major Field of Study:Computer Engineering Computer information Systems. Can perform with assistance and has applied knowledge of: Database knowledge, concepts Application development methodology, TCP/IP communications, protocol stacks, Windows,Linux, Client-Server Architecture,
DB2, and Organization skills. Can perform without assistance and has in-depth knowledge of the following:
C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, and Lotus Script. Can give expert advice and lead others to perform in areas of:
