1) Document the business drivers for the Lawson upgrade and implementation,
2) Align with the current and new capabilities of Lawson Software,
3) Compare the features and functionality of Lawson version 8.1 to version 9.0,
4) Identify a high-level upgrade path, estimated resources required and anticipated timeline to complete the Lawson upgrade and implementation,
5) Evaluate hardware/software configuration against the desired upgrade path and the inclusion of the Human Resources and Payroll applications,
6) Take into consideration the goals, objectives, and other benefits and implications specific to customer environment
