Lead C#.Net Developer

Lead development of complex project tasks through team coordination and
guidance on all or part of he software development lifecycle.  Comply with
all coding standards, and approve all code reviews ensuring worthiness of
production environment.  Ensure testing on programs achieves optimal system
capacity.  Team leader to initiate and oversee the forecast, scope,
assignment of tasks and required developer resources within a specific
project.  Coordinate and guide team on all or part of the development
lifecycle to ensure successful completion of the project.  Provide
assistance for hiring of qualified resources and ongoing input for
performance appraisals and goal attainment.  Develop and coach to ensure the
highest quality of code and overall team skills.  Collaborate with
businesses partner and/or business systems analysts to translate business
requirements to technical codes.  Modify existing or create new software
applications.  Activities include writing code, unit testing,
troubleshooting, debugging, prototyping, analysis, and design.  Lead and/or
participate in code and design inspections to ensure quality of software
applications.  Oversee and ensure the integrity and the integration of code
throughout the testing environment(s).  Realign barriers that might exist to
delay timely project deliverables.  Resolve escalated programming issue(s).
Ensure assigned project(s) within scope of budget.

Required Skills/Experience:
High School or equivalent; BA or BS in the following field(s) of study:
Computer Science, Computer Information systems, or other related field or
equivalent experience.  5+ years, typically corporate IT environment.
Subject matter expertise: C#/.Net.  Analytical skills, including research
skills, ability to interpret data, ability to conceptualize, ability to
analyze information.  Proven successful project management skills of complex
project(s).  Aility to conceptualize, ability to analyze detailed schematic
information.  Basic mathematical and accounting skills.  Subject matter
expert on computer software ? web page maintenance skills.  Subject matter
expert on computer software ? Programming IDE (Visual Studio/ Visual
Studio.Net).  Interpersonal skills, including verbal communication,
listening and coaching.  Written communication skills.  Knowledge of
applicable computer languages and a subject matter expert on system design.
Ability to develop and oversee detailed technical specification from which
programs can be developed.  Analytical skills to identify and solve
problems.  Ability to troubleshoot systems outages in a timely manner and
ensure resolution.

Desired Skills/Experience:
Some supervisory; knowledge of SOX; Working knowledge of mortgage banking
industry.  XML/ XSLT/ Xpath; VB6; TSQL; HTML/ JavaScript/ CSS; ASP.Net/
WebServices.
