Lead Software Developer and Test

OVERVIEW: Client is seeking a very hands-on lead developer to lead a team developing its flagship product. Their product is currently a C# application with Microsoft Outlook integration and an ASP.NET and MS SQL backend.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years developing Windows applications, and experience managing a small to medium sized development team (1 year minimum holding a Lead title).
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent),
Strong background in security, ideally in cryptography
Fluent in C++, C#
Familiarity with ASP.NET, ADO.NET, T-SQL, Web Services
.NET Framework
Unmanaged win32, win32 and COM interop
Experience with Microsoft Office object model and developing add-ins
Experience designing portable, cross platform file formats
Experience implementing and extending technologies across a number of mediums (web, desktop, email)
DirectX ? hardware overlays, surfaces
User Level Driver Development
Scalable database infrastructure design
Must be able to start quickly and not require visa sponsorship or relocation assistance
