Life Sciences Business Consultant

JUDGE PROFESSIONAL is recruiting for a Life Sciences Business Consultant in the Northeast!  Our client is an Enterprise Content Management Software company based out of Edison, NJ.  They are looking for a Life Sciences Business Consultant that lives near a major airport in the Northeast!

 

The Life Sciences Business Consultants work with customers to advise and

consult on optimizing their business processes for contract management,

Medicaid, and government pricing/compliance.

 

We look for independent, entrepreneurial workers, willing to work in a home-office environment

and travel to client sites nationwide.

 

Responsibilities:

-Analyzes customer's business processes and recommends solutions for

improving their operations

-Develops and implements industry best practices

-Performs benchmarking of our customers processes against other Life

Sciences companies

-Works with customers to document business requirements for our

systems

-Translates customer's business requirements into our system

requirements

-Assesses customer's implementation of our products and recommends

areas for improvement

-Responsible for training other consultants on industry trends and

regulations

-Work on project teams to implement our solutions

 

Qualifications:

5+ years experience, preferably in the Life Sciences industry,

specializing in contract management, Medicaid, or government pricing

processes

 

Education: B.S. or B.A. degree. MBA a plus

Job Knowledge/Skills Required:

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to manage and mentor subordinates

Good presentation skills

Professionalism (ability to deal with clients discreetly)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to travel (could be 60-75%)
