EXCITING total business solutions provider and technology leader, is looking for an exceptional Microsoft CRM Consultant for their Denver, CO office. Summary and Requirements for this position are as follows:
Required Experience & Skills2 ? 4 years Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementation experience with Microsoft CRM, Saleslogix, ACT!, Goldmine, C360, Axonom, or Onyx. 1 - 2 years required experience in Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (SRS) 1 - 2 years preferred knowledge of Microsoft CRM, data warehousing, business intelligence, Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server, Crystal Reports / Enterprise, Visual Studio. 1 - 2 years required experience of current technologies including Microsoft .NET framework, Microsoft C#, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server & HTML 1 - 2 years required experience with XML, SOA and web services 1 - 2 years working knowledge of Microsoft IIS, Microsoft Server, Networking Services 1 - 2 years software implementation experience for Sales Force Automation (SFA) projects, Call Center, Service Center projects or Marketing Automation projects. Microsoft certifications in more than one technology desired (i.e. MS CRM, MCSD, MCSE, etc).
Job Responsibilities
o Install, setup, configure, implement, integrate and test CRM solutions using ePartner?s implementation methodology and practices
o Follow implementation, configuration and testing tasks within project schedules
o Follow project management requirements, user and customer requirements
o Perform end-user training for the project team and end users
o Assist in data conversion process and validation of converted dataConceptualize and design architectural and system-wide objects Perform application and system troubleshooting skills Document application requirements, technical specifications, use-cases, workflow processes Conduct CRM & technology research and development with little direction. Engages in skill related work assignments of moderate to high complexity with high degree of independence. Utilizes business application technologies in a variety of relevant languages to develop packaged software on medium to highly complex projects. Provides QC oversight on assigned projects. Enforces development and implementation standards on assigned projects.
