Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Business Analysts and Quality Control Analysts.
Oversee multiple team projects to which the manager will assign various analysts.
Develop successful team culture and ensure all departmental processes are efficiently applied.
Development and mentoring of business analysis and Quality control functions including requirements gathering, use case design, business process flows, test procedure design and test execution.
Member of the software Process Group that improves and analyzes methodologies and processes within technology.  Interacts with all levels of the Business community, including Senior Management levels.

 



Requirements:
Five to eight years strong System Development Lifecycle experience required in large enterprise  projects required with exposure to the following areas preferred: 2 to 3 years in the BA role; 1-2 years in a QA role and 2-3 years in a leadership role either leading Business Analysts or leading cross functional project teams in a project environment.
Strong Project Management experience, with significant knowledge of or familiarity with Computer Science or Computer technology.
Prefer knowledge of the Managed Care industry and the application of technology within the industry. Req Pro knowledge helpful.
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related field required. reports.
