Master Builder Integrator

MASTER BUILDER INTEGRATOR


  A tenant improvement construction company in San Diego is seeking an expert in Master Builder in order to fully integrate and use this application to its best advantage in its day-to-day operations. This position initially requires a part-time consultant to be onsite 2 days per week, but could develop into a full-time position.
 
  Responsibilities:

 

?  Analyze current administrative processes for efficiency and data accuracy.

?  Derive an operations strategy to best fit the existing workflow into Master Builder. This includes making best use of both the accounting modules in Master Builder such as A/R and A/P, as well as integrating the project management modules such as estimating and construction scheduling.

?  Implement these "best practices" to work within the framework of procedures already in place at the company.

?  Generate full documentation so that any employee can follow these guidelines as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

?  Implement and train existing and future staff to use Master Builder according to the SOP.

?  Modify and maintain these procedures (SOP) over time as required to match procedural changes.
 
Requirements:

 

?  Must be able to generate and modify reports within Master Builder.

?  Must be an expert user of Master Builder for both the accounting and project management modules.

?  Should have extensive experience with all aspects of Master Builder with a demonstrable track-record of implementing this application at one or more construction companies.

?  Applicant must be open to learning third-party report software (Report Buddy) to be able to generate custom reports not available within the existing Master Builder reporting module.

?  Must be able to work towards multiple goals with minimum supervision.
