Medical Software Support Analyst

Robert Half Technology has an immediate opening for a Client Software Support Analyst for client of ours in the medical field in Baltimore, MD. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity converting to a salaried position with benefits. The duties for this position are to: 1) Provide telephone support for external users (doctors and medical staff) in conjunction with a medical practice management system. 2) Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products and services via incoming telephone calls, written correspondence and email correspondence. 3) Review and research problems with respect to established policies, procedures and practices, work with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
