Responsibilities
This position exists to explicitly understand, develop and maintain the infrastructure portfolio that supports the Elsevier products and services, and to support the development of strategic and tactical plans for internal project management processes. In addition, this position will have responsibility for managing people resources to accomplish objectives.

Qualifications
1. MBA strongly preferred
2. 7-10+ years experience in a product development function, preferably in an online information environment or related industry
3. Previous experience managing product development processes and resources
4. Knowledge of Elsevier customers, markets and technologies strongly desired
5. Strong leadership and communication skills
6. Ability to work effectively with their peer group.
7. Demonstrate understanding of delivering components that fit into the larger effort as well hardware and environments.

The preferred level of education for this position is Bachelor's Level Degree.
The preferred years of experience for this position is 7 years.
