We are seeking a Mid Level New Technology Developer to join our Development Department in Tucson, Arizona.
Duties and Responsibilities:

? Works with project stakeholders to understand the business requirements and scope in order to conceive software solutions.
? Refines the conceived solution and generates a technical design, proof of concept prototypes as needed.
? As part of this process, works with other Developers to identify applicable available / standard components. Works with Developers, Information Systems resources and Database Developers / Administrators to identify the implementation environment and packaging.
? Works with the Data Administrator and Architect to identify available db components or define new components.
? Works with QA Manager on testing requirements. Performs coding, developer testing, packages code for turnover to Quality Assurance department.
? Performs peer review on code as directed.
? Develops code following best practices and industry security standards.
? Participates in 24 x 7 x 365 On Call Rotation, for specific product sets, as directed.
Knowledge and Skills:

? C++, C#, .Net, MSDN Suite, Visual Studio, HTML, ASP, Java, Windows, SQL Server, XML, XSL, FPT, Arcana, Encryption, Security, Communications (TCP/IP, Sockets, etc.), CONNX Middleware, OOAD
? Interpersonal Communication, Troubleshooting, Analysis, Critical Thinking, Application Conception and Design, Written Communication, UML documentation skills, Test Planning, Developer Code Testing
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Self Motivated
? Detail Oriented
? Ability to Multi-Task
? Ability to work in fast paced, time sensitive and evolving development environment.
? Ability to interact with internal and external customers to meet business objectives.
? Electronic payment or financial business systems experience is a plus.
Education
? Bachelor of Science or Higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electronic Engineering degree And two years of applicable experience
? Or five years of applicable experience.
