Mid Level Systems Architect

Develop and implement Active Directory related tools. o Design and implement various MIIS Management Agents and extensions to perform account provisioning/deprovisioning in various connected directories (AD, OpenLDAP, etc), password syncs and recovery tools and attribute flow synchronization. o Assist in the design and implementation of our Identity Management Solution for our heterogeneous computing environment. o Responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise wide directory-related projects. o Work closely with business units in developing technical specifications for their identity management needs. o Work with engineers on implementation of new features / solutions. o Develop documentation explaining the identity management solutions

Qualifications :
2 - 4+ years of hands-on expertise with multi-tiered applications in a Microsoft environment. o 1 - 2+ years of MIIS or identity management related experience. o Experience with Visual Studio .Net (Visual Basic .Net and/or C#). o Intermediate knowledge of SQL Server 2000/2005 and experience with SQL Reporting Services. o Intermediate knowledge of IIS / ASP.Net applications (configuration/administration/development). o General MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). o Experience with: HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP, ASP.NET C# VB.NET, ADO.NET, Web Services, T-SQL, ActiveX, VBScript. o Previous experience with larger-size directories (10,000+ users). o Familiarity with LDAP services (Active Directory, eDirectory, OpenLDAP, etc). o Experience with VMWare ESX server and other related server virtualization technologies a plus. o Experience with PeopleSoft a plus. o Needs to have a clear understanding of change control/project management. o Positive attitude and ability to effectively work with others in a team environment. o Excellent written and oral communication skills. o Effective presentation skills.
