This .NET (2.0 Framework, C#) project

supports a Real Estate Investment business unit creating a custom solution to primarily transition their monthly Excel asset models to XML stored in a SQL Server 2005 database. It also requires supporting a template version of a master document in order to effect future changes, and the goal is to initiate most of the processing via an Excel COM Menu Add-In.

It is possible that we may pursue providing functionality via the latest Visual Studio Team Suite Tools for Office but the driving force right now is less about R&D of possibilities and more about known paths to completion.

The technologies ideal for a candidate are: Microsoft Visual Studio 2005; Microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework; C#; ASP.NET; SQL Server 2005; COM; Excel Interop; MS Build; MS Test; Microsoft Excel 2003; Active Directory; Visual SourceSafe 2005; and IIS 6.0.
