Network/Desktop Support Specialist

Biosound Esaote, Inc. a leading manufacturer and distributor of medical ultrasound equipment, located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is looking for a Network/Desktop Support Specialist.  Qualified candidates must have network experience in Windows 2003 and Active Directory, Exchange 2003 with Web and Mobile Access, as well as assisting users with Microsoft Windows, Office applications, antivirus and spyware support.  Must be knowledgeable with iSeries administrative tasks and Microsoft Access visual basic. Responsibilities will include computer and peripheral setup and support, data backups, software patches and phone system administration support.  Preferred candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and 2-3 years experience.  Must also have the ability to troubleshoot a variety of technical and non-technical issues and be able to professionally interact with employees at all levels of the organization.  For consideration submit your resume to jobs@biosound.com
