JOB DUTIES:

 

Receive and respond to inbound technical calls from Retail, Vendors, Region, Distribution and Home Office customers.  Provide technical problem troubleshooting, identification and resolution to maintain customer work productivity.  Escalate problems to appropriate escalation partners, vendors, or management as needed.  Follow processes, develop and update procedures: provide fast, consistent and reliable customer service.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

Work 12 hour night shift Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and alternating Saturdays.

Ability to troubleshoot technical problems over the phone.

Service oriented with experience in dealing with all levels of customers.

Excellent team player.

Self motivated.

Good analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and drive for results.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Willingness to work additional shifts as required.
