The Nonprofit Software Support Analyst will provide general phone support for nonprofit accounting software. Primary duties will be to assist clients with setup and use of the accounting software.

Job Requirements include:
* At least 2 years non-profit accounting experience.
* Individual must be well spoken and outgoing.
* Knowledge of Blackbaud, MIP, Fundware or other non-profit software is a plus but not required.
* Familiarity with OMB Circulars A-133 and A-122 is also a plus.
